ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING TIMES
We work with a global network of fulfillment partners to bring you quality pet products at great prices. Because of this, delivery times are typically 7-20 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the specific item ordered. Some specialty items may take up to 30 days to arrive. We appreciate your patience — we believe the value and quality of our products are worth the wait.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

MULTIPLE ITEMS, MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the order first ships.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email support@petstoremall.com with your order number and we will investigate and make it right.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
